“From Languages to Codes: A Colourful Learning Adventure in Our School!”

On 26 September, the 53rd Primary school of Thessaloniki celebrated the European Day of Languages, a day dedicated to promoting linguistic diversity, multilingualism and cultural understanding.
Our pupils took part in a variety of fun and creative activities in collaboration with our Art and German teachers. Our younger learners explored colours through colour-coding activities and coloured the official European Day of Languages logo. Students also played interactive games about European countries and took exciting quiz challenges to discover interesting facts about languages and countries around the world.
Creativity was part of our celebration too! Using colourful paper cut-outs, our pupils worked together to create a beautiful poster inspired by the European Day of Languages logo.
Through these engaging activities, our students discovered the richness of languages and cultures while developing their creativity, teamwork and curiosity about the world.
